Do I qualify for a free transfer?

Ayoo Cloud offers free transfer for new accounts contracted less than 30 days ago. This courtesy is only valid for the first migration request, as well as for accounts that have just undergone an upgrade (example: upgrade from reseller plan to dedicated server plan). In the case of accounts that have just undergone an upgrade, you only qualify if it is an upgrade between different servers. Regarding downgrades, the client must perform their own migration, we do not offer this service.

If you request migration after the 30-day courtesy period, and it is your first request, you have the right to pay R$ 5.00 per account. If you have already requested migration once, you start paying the Technical Hour value (HT = R$100.00)

When requesting a migration there will be no refund (return of your money) if you decide to put the MoneyBack policy into practice.

If you already have a plan with us and are asking for a migration between plans, it is necessary to contract the new plan. It will be necessary to keep both plans for a few days for migration. After the migration is finished and confirmation that everything is working properly, ask for the cancellation of the previous plan, through the Client Center, if there is no longer a need to keep it.

Free website transfer conditions differ by the size of your account and the type of account you have.

cPanel-cPanel Transfers: number of cPanel to cPanel transfers made available.
Max No. of Manual Transfers: maximum number of manual transfers made available.
Total Free Transfers: total number of websites we can transfer for you, free of charge.

¹ We perform cPanel-cPanel transfers for free for accounts up to 3GB. For accounts larger than 2GB we charge a fee of R$ 5.00 per excess GB.

² cPanel-cPanel transfers include all domains, addon (supplementary) domains, subdomains, and cPanel settings. They also include your emails and email accounts. Note that this type of transfer requires that the cPanel backup generator of your old hosting is active. Starting from 30 transfers, we charge R$ 5.00 per excess for cPanel-cPanel accounts.

³ We migrate only files and database. In the case of accounts with more than 15 transfers, we charge R$ 5.00 per excess.

There is no set deadline for a migration to be completed.
